My priorities are to safely get your items to you intact; and to find the most inexpensive shipping options. Your purchase will be very securely packaged and wrapped. Shipping time will vary, depending on the shipping preference that you choose. I will ship within 1 - 2 business days of receiving payment (usually within one day) for in-stock items.
If purchasing a custom item, please allow up to 2 weeks to complete the project. The individual listing will state the estimated time. If you need something sooner, please contact me to see if it is possible to deliver sooner. Most often, it will be completed in less time than shown. Photos will be sent of the finished item for approval before shipping for custom orders if requested.
